New house mission!

We have a new house mission that materialised last night. After listening to our house mate Ali Perry's endless guitar and singing sensations we have reached the decision that it is time we made him famous.
His first year flat mates had an undoubtably impressive attempt to ensure his fame amongst the population of Fallowfield back in 2009, with the gift of a stamp - "Are you Ali Perry's future wife?" Previously seen on external body parts of Fallowfields high and mighty as well as the official stamp for Dyslexic at one point. As well as the infamous "I'm Ali Perry! Will you be my future wife?" t-shirt.

It could be you!

London Fashion Week

Dee-Dee looking like a trendy with her SLR

Angus and me

My fellow fashionista babes

ooo product placement alert!!!

This weekend Emma Aimee and i ventured down to the old smoke to become fashionista babes for the weekend. As phoney student we opted for the bus (pennies are running low) but 5 hours quickly zoomed by as the pre holiday excitement built up in my rumbling tum. On Friday we had a meeting with the buyer from Anthropology about our student run business Tringkets - Check it out! TRingkets

Then we stayed with Aimee's best friend, Harriet (we are so similar -freaky freaky was kinda like watching myself) On Saturday morning our heads filled with wine monkeys we trekked up to pall mall where we stayed at the RAC club, Swanky McSwankyson. Re-touch the make-up and off to somerset house we trotted! The whole weekend was brilliant, we were living the dream being London Fashion babes surrounded by lots of other London Fashion Babes. It was so nice to meet lots of up and coming designers and get advice on lots of things.
I went weak at the knees when i saw the Angel Jackson feather handbag that i have been yearning over for too long, while in another room i feel in love with Felicity Browns collection. Another label that we will hopefully be hearing much more about was Clemency, fingers crossed i say no more!
My highlights of the weekend have to be the steam room and sauna at the RAC on sunday morning, this ladies is where we need to hang out to pick up eligible bachelors, lets get the bikini bods at the ready! The other highlight was strolling through piccadilly circus on saturday night with a tummy stuffed full of china towns finest cuisine only to be enchanted by the most insane beat boxing bonanza, these 2 kids busking just by the steps to the underground with just a mic and speaker. They were literally one of the best things i have ever seen, watch out Beardy man these 2 were shit hot!

...and so it all begins!

As a scatty technophobe, starting a blog was not top of my list of things to do. However after going to London Fashion week this weekend i have changed my mind. After being inspired by the hum of busy bloggers who are membrs of this mysterious network world i know so little about. I felt like a slug in a race of leggy blondes being left in the dark bewildered by the world of blogging. Having previously discussed the potential of a blog with a friend on my course, Aimee, we came to the conclusion that it probably wasn't for me, as no sane human being would want to read my mumbo jumbo twinned with the fear that i wouldn't keep it up to date. So here we go, this is the moment of truth? Am i really as lazy as i think or will i surprise myself and excell with my very own blogography.
